• The PE department’s Jump Rope for Heart is set to take place this week and next.
• The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Indian Hill February 12th -23rd!! Parents are welcome to accompany their children at their homeroom’s scheduled time. Happy reading!

• Random Acts of Kindness Week will take place February 9th – 13th. The Student Council is encouraging students to make kindness hearts at lunch time. What a great way to bring a smile to someone’s face during this special week!
• The PLG is selling Candy Grams starting tomorrow during lunches.
• The teachers are excited for their upcoming professional development day on Thursday, February 19th. The course offerings are quite extensive with workshops ranging from enhancing technology in the classroom to understanding PARCC evidence tables and scoring rubrics. School is closed for students on that day.
• The fourth grade will take a class trip to the Algonquin Arts Theater to see Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad on February 27th.
• The Beginning Band and Chorus delighted audiences with their talent recently in a much awaited concert last week. The students did a fantastic job!
